    Review and analyze bids against the RFP/RFQ and specifications. Prepare an objective side-by-side comparison using a weighted factor spreadsheet technique.
  • Equipment Selection
    Prepare a thorough analysis of competing products to determine which products best suit the client's needs. Assist in the physical evaluation of the products which 'survive' the paper comparison.
  • Contract Review and Negotiation
    In conjunction with the client including its legal staff, review equipment and service contracts to be sure the client's interests are protected.
